Processing of personal data of customers and suppliers

We process personal data of customers and suppliers for the following purposes: Administrative processing, Execution of the agreed order, Communication about orders and invitations. 

Basis for processing:  Performance of the Agreement.

What data we collect: First name, middle name, last name, (Business) phone number, (Business) email address, Gender

Retention period: For the duration of the agreement and then in financial records for up to 7 years.

Provision to third parties  Your information may be provided to third parties as necessary for the purposes described above, such as: Hosting of our website and AVG systems; Processing of financial records. 

We never give personal data to parties without a processor agreement or without your consent, unless required by law.

Within the EU: We do not share personal data with parties outside the European Union.
